It’s not often a peacock writes a blog, you know.
This blog started off as part of a module I was taking in the second year of my Undergrad degree at Queen Mary College, University of London. The assignment requirements were along the lines of creating an up-to-date blog of recent computing news and a progress log for the final assignment.
(I admit it must seem bizarre that a languages student would decide to take a basic course in computing, but that’s a story for another day.)
At least, that was the plan. Part way through, my muse woke up and decided to take everything in a far more interesting direction. The result is what you’re reading now – hopefully something interesting, rather random, eclectic but also – from time to time – funny.
I then had to do my mandatory year abroad in Munich, as tea drinker and web monkey for the TUM Graduate School. During my stay abroad, I used this blog to document my experiences and to generally whitter (yes, with an “h”) on about interesting things I’ve read and occasionally my forays into the kitchen.
Oh, and sometimes I like to muse about life, the universe and everything. You have been warned.
